Motorcyclist who died 'in crash' lay undiscovered for nine hours after his mobile phone automatically alerted police

At around 7.35am on Thursday, a red, blue and white Honda motorcycle was found off the B741. A 21-year-old motorcyclist, Darrel Sturgeon, was pronounced dead at the scene.
