Brisbane giant kookaburra towed around Australia is BANNED from roads by killjoy traffic cops

Dr Farvardin Daliri, from Brisbane, planned to tow the kookaburra up to the Townsville Cultural Festival at the end of July but last month, he was ordered to make some safety adjustments to it.
