Homeless couple caught having sex outside Florida police station after drinking a pint of vodka

Gary Hill, 46, was caught having sex with Crystal Frances Monday night in Florida and Key West police found a half empty bottle of vodka by the pond where they 'actively engaged in intercourse'.
