British fugitive, 57, attempts to flee Australia on a jetski and armed with a crossbow

A UK fugitive has been caught by police while allegedly attempting to flee Australia on a jetski armed with a crossbow. He was allegedly caught on Saibai Island, near the Papua New Guinea mainland.
