South Africa prepares to seize land from white farmers as 'test case' to see new laws are legal

The city of Ekurhuleni, outside Johannesburg, is preparing what mayor, Mzwandile Masina, called a 'test case' over plans to take hundreds of acres of land from private owners, without paying for it.
